AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Wachter
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Terrace
Gardens/Carole Ln. Stormwater Project (86098), in the City of
Frontenac, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Wachter Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Terrace
Gardens/Carole Ln. Stormwater Project (86098), in the City of
Frontenac, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 6th day of
February, 1987, and formally executed on the 24th day of February,
1987, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
