AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Mangelsdorf
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Promenade (87082), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Mangelsdorf Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Promenade (87082), in St. Louis County, Missouri, with The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 6th day of February, 1987, and formally executed
on the 24th day of February, 1987, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
