AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Unnerstall
Construction Company, Ltd. for the construction of storm sewers in
Frost Avenue Storm Sewer Phase I (85249), in the City of Berkeley,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Unnerstall Construction Company, Ltd. as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Frost Avenue Storm Sewer Phase I (85249), in the City of Berkeley,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 26th day of February, 1987, and
formally executed on the 10th day of March, 1987, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
