AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Airport/Newell
Storm Sewer Project (S-1988, C-1277), in the City of Ferguson,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Airport/Newell Storm Sewer Project (S-1988, C-1277), in the City
of Ferguson, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 27th day of
February, 1987, and formally executed on the 10th day of March,
1987, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1987.
