AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Wachter
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Leroy
Ave. Storm Sewer Project (86120), in the City of Pagedale,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Wachter Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Leroy
Ave. Storm Sewer Project (86120), in the City of Pagedale,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 23rd day of February, 1987, and
formally executed on the 10th day of March, 1987, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary--
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1987.
