AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Thirteen
Thousand Dollars ($113,000.00) from the Mississippi River
Operating Fund to be used for project costs for the construction
of sanitary sewers in Mt. Pleasant & Route I-55 (87047), in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of sanitary
sewers is Eighty-nine Thousand Four Hundred Forty-one Dollars
($89,441.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, and allowance for
construction change orders is Twenty-three Thousand Five Hundred
Fifty-nine Dollars ($23,559.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Thirteen Thousand
Dollars ($113,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund to be used for project costs for the
construction of sanitary sewers in Mt. Pleasant & Route I-55
(87047), in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1987.
