AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for the construction of storm sewers in Palm
Drive No. 258 (85258), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Palm
Drive No. 258 (85258), in the City of Hazelwood, Missouri, with
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 26th day of February, 1987, and
formally executed on the 10th day of March, 1987, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1987.
