AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Piffel
Excavating, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Pearl
Ave. & Drayton Ave. Storm Sewers (86224), in the City of Webster
Groves, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Piffel Excavating, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Pearl
Ave. & Drayton Ave. Storm Sewers (86224), in the City of Webster
Groves, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 26th day of February,
1987, and formally executed on the 10th day of March, 1987, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1987.
