AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Unnerstall
Construction Company, Ltd. for the construction of storm sewers in
8900 Powell Avenue Phase I (S-2279, C-1292), in the City of
Brentwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Unnerstall Construction Company, Ltd. as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
8900 Powell Avenue Phase I (S-2279, C-1292), in the City of
Brentwood, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 26th day of
February, 1987, and formally executed on the 10th day of March,
1987, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1987.
