AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Fred M. Luth &
Sons, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Borcherding
12336 Storm Sewer Project (S-2399, C-1287), in the City of Des
Peres, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Fred M. Luth & Sons, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Borcherding 12336 Storm Sewer Project (S-2399, C-1287), in the
City of Des Peres, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 2nd day of
March, 1987, and formally executed on the 10th day of March, 1987,
by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1987.
