AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Kozeny-Wagner,
Inc. and R. V. Wagner, Inc., a joint venture, for the construction
of storm sewers in Eminence and St. Louis (85039), in the City of
St. John, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Kozeny-Wagner, Inc. and R. V. Wagner, Inc.,
a joint venture, as the lowest responsible bidder for the
construction of storm sewers in Eminence and St. Louis (85039), in
the City of St. John, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd
day of March, 1987, and formally executed on the 10th day of
March, 1987, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the
following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1987.
