AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Paric
Corporation for the construction of storm sewers in Korea South
Gulf Storm Sewer Project (S-1035, C-1298), in the City of Vinita
Park, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Paric Corporation as the lowest responsible
bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Korea South Gulf
Storm Sewer Project (S-1035, C-1298), in the City of Vinita Park,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of March, 1987, and
formally executed on the 10th day of March, 1987, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 11, 1987.
