AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Part of Lot A, Block 3 of Darstmoor, in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate a portion of said sewer easement,
and this District has no further use for said easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: Beginning at a point on the Northwestern line of McMorrow Avenue, 40 feet (40') wide, as vacated distant southwestwardly 102.00 feet more or less from the Southern line of Clayton Road, as widened; thence along the Northeastern line of a sewer easement conveyed to the City of Richmond Heights Deed Book 1785 Page 315-18 of the St. Louis County Records, Northwestwardly, 21.00 feet more or less to a point; thence Southwardly 19.00 feet more or less to a point on the Southwestern line of said sewer easement; thence Southeastwardly 7.50 feet more or less to a point on the Northwestern line of said McMorrow Avenue, as vacated; thence along the Northwestern line of said McMorrow Avenue, as vacated, Northeastwardly, 10.25 feet more or less to the point of beginning as recorded in Deed Book 1785, Pages 315-318 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 25, 1987.
