AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bates Utility
Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Gloucester-
Haddock Phase I (86115), in the City of Bellefontaine Neighbors
and Village of Riverview, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bates Utility Company, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Gloucester-Haddock Phase I (86115), in the City of Bellefontaine
Neighbors and Village of Riverview, Missouri, with The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received
and opened on the 9th day of March, 1987, and formally executed on
the 24th day of March, 1987, by said contractor and by the
Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the
District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 25, 1987.
