HomeMy Public PortalAbout07101 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7101 AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($13,650.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in South Drive Storm Sewer Project (86102), in the City of Crystal Lake Park, Missouri. WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of storm sewers is Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Eleven and 86/100 Dollars ($11,511.86), and the cost of inspection, construction staking, advertisement costs, easement charges, and allowance for construction change orders is Two Thousand One Hundred Thirty- eight and 14/100 Dollars ($2,138.14), and WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Dollars ($4,550.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and WHEREAS, the City of Crystal Lake Park, Missouri, has agreed to contribute Four Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Dollars ($4,550.00) toward the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The sum of Thirteen Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($13,650.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be used for project costs for the construction of storm sewers in South Drive Storm Sewer Project (86102), in the City of Crystal Lake Park, Missouri. Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 25, 1987. -2-
