AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with A.F.O., Inc.
for the construction of storm sewers in North Sappington Road No.
309 (S-2220, C-1291), in the City of Glendale, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to A.F.O., Inc. as the lowest responsible
bidder for the construction of storm sewers in North Sappington
Road No. 309 (S-2220, C-1291), in the City of Glendale, Missouri,
with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 19th day of March 1987, and formally
executed on the 24th day of March, 1987, by said contract and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 25, 1987.
