AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Truss Brothers
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Bernice
No. 1031 (S-1570, C-1300), in the City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Truss Brothers Construction, Inc. as the
lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in
Bernice No. 1031 (S-1570, C-1300), in the City of Kirkwood,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 20th day of March, 1987, and
formally executed on the 24th day of March, 1987, by said
contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 25, 1987.
