AN ORDINANCE, confirming an amendment to a contract
with Bommarito Construction Company for the construction of storm
sewers in 531 Goethe Storm Sewer Relief (S-2127, C-1265), in the
City of Kirkwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6865, adopted November 19, 1986,
confirmed said contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The amendment to the contract heretofore
let by the Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company as
the lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers
in 531 Goethe Storm Sewer Relief (S-2127, C-1265), in the City of
Kirkwood, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 23rd day of
October, 1986, and formally executed on the 4th day of November,
1986, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and the
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 25, 1987.
