AN ORDINANCE, awarding a contract to General
Reinsurance Corporation (Alexander & Alexander, agent) for the
District's Excess Workers' Compensation Insurance coverage from
May 1, 1987 to June 30, 1988.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The General Reinsurance Corporation is
hereby awarded the contract for the District's Excess Workers'
Compensation Insurance coverage from May 1, 1987 to June 30, 1988
at and for a premium not to exceed Twenty-seven Thousand Dollars
($27,000.00) for such policy period.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 29, 1987.
