AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lot 26 and
part of Lot 27 of Adele Place, in the City of Kirkwood, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten foot (10') wide easements in Lot 26 and part of Lot 27 of
Adele Place, as recorded in Deed Book 7955 Pages 1663
and 1664 of the St. Louis County Records, excepting
therefrom that portion of said easement in part of said
Lot 27 coinciding with that easement recorded by deed
in Book 4221 Page 594 of the St. Louis County records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 1987.
