AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Tract "B" of
Bentley Manor Plat 2, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit: Part of Tract "B" of Bentley Manor Plat 2, a subdivision plat recorded in Plat Book 121, Page 16 of the St. Louis County Records and being the Northwest 7.5 feet of the tract described as follows: Commencing at the most Southern corner of said Tract "B"; thence along the Northeast Right-of-Way line of State Highway 141 being the Southwest line of said Tract "B" along a curve to the right which radius bears North 29 degrees 23 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 1860.08 feet, having an arc distance of 116.37 feet to a point; thence leaving said Right-of-Way, along the centerline of an existing 15 foot wide easement recorded in Plat Book 87, Page 5 of the St. Louis County Records, North 32 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 25 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing along said centerline North 32 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 46 feet to termination of said easement. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 1987.
