HomeMy Public PortalAbout07128 O R D I N A N C E NO. 7128 AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in Lot 1 and Lot 2 of Corey Heights, City of Sunset Hills, in St. Louis County, Missouri, WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has requested the District to vacate the portions of the subject easements, and this District has no further use for said portions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. The following described portions of two ten foot (10') wide sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Two parcels of land located in Corey Heights as recorded in Plat Book 202, Page 86 of the St. Louis County Records. Parcel A - Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 1 of the aforesaid "COREY HEIGHTS", Plat Book 202 Page 86; thence along the common line between Lots 1 and 2 North 05o24'07" West 11.75 feet to a point 10 feet perpendicular distance Northwest of the Northwest line of West Watson Road as widened by Plat Book 202 Page 86, being the actual point of beginning; thence along a line 10 feet perpendicular distance Northwest and parallel to said Northwest line of West Watson Road South 52o57'37" West 5.87 feet to a point 5 feet perpendicular distance West of the common line between Lots 1 and 2; thence parallel to said common line between Lots 1 and 2 North 05o24'07" West 318.75 feet to a point in the South line of an irregularly shaped easement which is shown as having a width of 60 feet as measured along the aforesaid common line between Lots 1 and 2 on the aforesaid plat of "COREY HEIGHTS"; thence along the South line of said irregularly shaped easement North 67o02'03" East 10.48 feet to a point 5 feet perpendicular distance East of the common line between Lots 1 and 2; thence parallel to said common line between Lots 1 and 2 South 05o24'07" East 315.76 feet to a point 10 feet perpendicular distance Northwest of the aforesaid Northwest line of West Watson Road; thence parallel to said Northwest line of West Watson Road South 52o57'37" West 5.87 feet to the actual point of beginning. Parcel B - Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 1 of the aforesaid "COREY HEIGHTS", Plat Book 202 Page 86; thence along the common line between Lots 1 and 2 South 05o24'07" East 20.13 feet to a point 20 feet perpendicular distance South of the North line of said "COREY HEIGHTS", which point is the actual point of beginning; thence parallel to said North line of "COREY HEIGHTS" South 88o51'12" East 5.03 feet to a point 5 feet perpendicular distance East of the common line between Lots 1 and 2; thence parallel to said common line between Lots 1 and 2 South 05o24'07" East 580.74 feet to a point in the North line of an irregularly shaped easement which is shown as having a width of 60 feet as measured along the aforesaid common line between Lots 1 and 2 on the aforesaid plat of "COREY HEIGHTS"; thence along the North line of said irregularly shaped easement South 68o33'21" West 5.20 feet to a point on the common line between Lots 1 and 2; thence continuing along the North line of said irregularly shaped easement North 83o23'00" West 5.11 feet to a point 5 feet perpendicular distance West of the common line between Lots 1 and 2; thence parallel to said common line between Lots 1 and 2 North 05o24'07" West 582.26 feet to a point 20 feet perpendicular distance South of the aforesaid North line of "COREY HEIGHTS"; thence parallel to the aforesaid North line of "COREY HEIGHTS" South 88o51'12" East 5.03 feet to the actual point of beginning.
