AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J. H. Berra
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in
Flower Creek (Phase II) Section II (87061), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J. H. Berra Construction Company, Inc. as
the lowest responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers
in Flower Creek (Phase II) Section II (87061), in St. Louis
County, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District,
pursuant to bids received and opened on the 3rd day of April,
1987, and formally executed on the 14th day of April, 1987, by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 1987.
