AN ORDINANCE, vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
Lot 145 of Parc Argonne Forest Third Addition in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
WHEREAS,the owner of the subject property has requested
the District to vacate the portion of the subject easement and
this District has no further use for said portion,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The portion of a sewer easement described
below is hereby vacated, to wit: The East two (2') feet of the West fourteen foot (14') wide easement of the aforesaid Lot 145 of Parc Argonne Forest Third Addition, excepting therefrom the North ten feet (10') and South ten feet (10') thereof as recorded in Plat Book 229 Pages 10, 11, 12 and 13, of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 1987.
