AN ORDINANCE, vacating a sewer easement in Lot 13 of
Brown Campus Plat No. 7, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easement described below is
hereby vacated, to wit: COMMENCING at the easternmost corner of said Lot 13; THENCE along the northeasterly line of said Lot 13, North 51 degrees 52 minutes 00 seconds West 291.00 feet to the centerline of a 10' wide sanitary sewer easement; THENCE along said center-line, South 38 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds West 30.00 feet to the northwesterly extension of the southwesterly line of a 10' wide easement recorded in Deed Book 7304, Page 309, St. Louis County Records, said point being THE POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; THENCE continuing along said centerline, South 38 degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds West 292.50 feet to THE POINT OF ENDING of this description, said point being on the northwesterly extension of the northeasterly line of a 10' wide sanitary sewer easement, recorded in Plat Book 138, Page 52, St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 1987.
