AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District ("District") to sell and
convey certain real property of the District in the County of St.
Louis, Missouri, located on Vermilion Drive, and prescribing the
terms for said transaction.
WHEREAS, said real property is no longer necessary or
useful in the operations of the District.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The District is hereby authorized and
directed to sell and convey certain real property of the District
to Adrian C. Koch, or his assigns, for the total sales price of
Forty-six Thousand One Hundred Dollars ($46,100.00), said real
property being located in the County of St. Louis, Missouri and
described as follows: A tract of land in U.S. Survey 1988, Township 44 North, Range 6 East, being part of a 15.00 acre tract conveyed to Samuel Von Talga and wife by deed recorded in Book 431 Page 431 of the St. Louis County Records, and being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point in the Southern line of said 15.00 acre tract from which the most Western corner thereof bears North 68 degrees 59 minutes West 16.45 feet; thence along the Southern line of said 15.00 acre tract, South 68 degrees 59 minutes East 175.00 feet to a point; thence North 45 degrees 16 minutes East parallel to the Northwest line of said 15.00 acre tract 550 feet; thence North 44 degrees 46 minutes West 159.56 feet, more or less, to a point 15.00 feet Southeast of the Northwest line of said 15.00 acre tract, measured at right angles thereto, thence parallel to and 15.00 feet Southeast of said Northwest line South 45 degrees 16 minutes West 621.88 feet more or less, to the point of beginning.
Section Two. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to execute and deliver a
sales contract, general warranty deed and all other documents and
instruments necessary to implement said transaction.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 13, 1987.
