AN ORDINANCE, transferring and appropriating Two
Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($2,350,000.00) from
the General Fund to the Emergency Fund to provide monetary
resources for emergencies in the operation and maintenance of the
District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Two Million Three Hundred Fifty
Thousand Dollars ($2,350,000.00) is hereby transferred and
appropriated from the General Fund to the Emergency Fund to
provide monetary resources for emergencies in the operation and
maintenance of the District.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1987.
