AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Samuel
Conway's Subdivision, U.S. Survey 366, Township 45 North, Range 4
East in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has granted
the District a suitable alternate easement, and
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements, and this
District has no further use for said easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described easements are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The ten foot (10') easement along the southeast line of the
Union Electric Company Transmission Line right-of-way,
two hundred twenty-five feet (225') wide bounded on the
east by the eastern property line now or formerly of
the Premium Pink Stamp Company, Inc., and bounded on
the south by the north right-of-way line of U.S.
Highway 40, as recorded in Deed Book 5902, Page 295 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1987.
