AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Green Park
Gardens Apartments, U.S. Survey 2994, Township 44 North, Range 6
East, St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sewer easements described below are
hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at an old 2" square bolt marking the Easternmost corner of a tract of land now or formerly conveyed to David J. Marlo as recorded in Deed Book 7794, Page 1203 and shown on said Record and Easement Plat in Plat Book 251, Page 21 of the St. Louis County, Missouri Records; thence South 31o 17'09" West, along the Southerly line of said "Green Park Gardens Apartments", 146.40 feet to a point; thence North 58o42'51" West, 10.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence South 31o17'09" West, 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 58o42'51" West,57.70 feet to a point; thence North 31o41'16" East, 10.00 feet to a point; thence North 29o43'24" East, 10.00 feet to a point; thence South 58o42'51" East, 57.90 feet to a point; thence South 31o17'09" West, 10.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning, as recorded in Plat Book 251, Page 21 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1987.
