AN ORDINANCE, vacating sewer easements in Lots 11 and
12 of Airport Center in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested the District to vacate the subject easements and this
District has no further use for said subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit: A ten foot (10') wide strip of ground centered on the common line between the aforesaid Lots 11 and 12, and being bounded on the East by a line 20 feet (20') perpendicular distance West of and parallel to the East line of the aforesaid Lots 11 and 12, and being bounded on the West by a line ten feet (10') perpendicular distance East of and parallel to the East line of World Parkway Circle, 50 feet (50') wide as recorded in Plat Book 230, Pages 49 and 50 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1987.
