AN ORDINANCE, vacating portions of sewer easements in
Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 of Birchwood Acres Plat No. 1 in the City of
Ballwin, in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portions of the subject
easements, and this District has no further use for such portions
of the subject easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portions of sewer
easements are hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing for reference at the Northeast corner of said Lot 6, Birchwood Acres Plat 1, thence North 89 degrees 54 West 10 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. Thence along the north line of Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6 of said Birchwood Acres Plat 1 North 89 degrees 54 West 382.5 feet; thence South 0 degree 41 minutes West 10 feet; thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes East 187.5 feet; thence South 0 degree 41 minutes West 75 feet; thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes East 10 feet; thence North 0 degree 41 minutes East 75 feet; thence South 89 degrees 54 minutes East 185 feet; thence North 0 degrees 41 minutes East 10 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, as recorded in Plat Book 59, Page 63 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1987.
