AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) from the Sugar Creek Operating Fund for the
demolition of structures at the abandoned Sugar Creek Plant
including the anaerobic digester, the control building and
the old treatment plant tanks.
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars
($20,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Sugar Creek
Operating Fund for the demolition of structures at the
abandoned Sugar Creek Plant including the anaerobic digester,
the control building and the old treatment plant tanks.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1987.
