AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing the Executive
Director and Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract with St. Louis
County, Missouri whereby the District will reimburse St. Louis
County, Missouri for a portion of funds expended by said County
for the Tesson Ferry - Dorsie Phases I and II stormwater project.
WHEREAS, the funds to be reimbursed represent money
received by the District pursuant to the State of Missouri
Stormwater Program, and
WHEREAS, since said stormwater project is located in
the annexed area of the District, the District will not provide
any District funds toward the cost of said stormwater project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District to enter into a contract
with St. Louis County, Missouri whereby the District will
reimburse St. Louis County, Missouri for a portion of funds
expended by said County for the Tesson Ferry - Dorsie Phases I and
II stormwater project.
Section Two. The contract authorized in Section One of
this ordinance shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as
are approved by the Legal Department of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1987.
