AN ORDINANCE, making a supplemental appropriation of
Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00) from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for additional project costs for the construction of storm
sewers in Warson Place - Phase I (S-2055, C-1220), in the City of
Rock Hill, Missouri.
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 6434, adopted March 26, 1986,
provided the initial funding for said project, and
WHEREAS, the State of Missouri has agreed to contribute
One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) toward the
additional costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and
WHEREAS, the City of Rock Hill, Missouri has agreed to
contribute One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) toward
the total costs of said project; upon the receipt of such funds
from said source, said money will be returned to the Operation,
Maintenance,and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred
Dollars ($4,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the Operation,
Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Deer Creek to be
used for additional project costs for the construction of storm
sewers in Warson Place - Phase I (S-2055, C-1220), in the City of
Rock Hill, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1987.
