AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Seventy-seven Thousand One
Hundred Dollars ($77,100.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Grasso Lane to be used for
project costs for the construction of storm sewers in Grasso Ln. -
Tiemann Ave. Extn. (S-860, C-1299), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of storm sewers
is Sixty-five Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-three Dollars
($65,873.00), and the cost of inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs, easement charges, and allowance for
construction change orders is Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-
seven Dollars ($11,227.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Seventy-seven Thousand One
Hundred Dollars ($77,100.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Grasso
Lane to be used for project costs for the construction of storm
sewers in Grasso Ln. - Tiemann Ave. Extn. (S-860. C-1299), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1987.
