AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Field
Construction, Inc. for the construction of storm sewers in Grasso
Ln. - Tiemann Ave. Extn. (S-860, C-1299), in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Field Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the construction of storm sewers in Grasso
Ln. - Tiemann Ave. Extn. (S-860, C-1299), in St. Louis County,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 4th day of May, 1987, and
formally executed on the 12th day of May, 1987, by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1987.
