AN ORDINANCE, authorizing and directing The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District ("District") to purchase
from the owners thereof certain real property in St. Louis County,
Missouri for the construction of a new maintenance facility.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The District is hereby authorized and
directed to purchase from the owners thereof certain unimproved
real property consisting of approximately 3.4 acres located on
Mintert Industrial Drive in the City of Ferguson, Missouri for a
future maintenance facility for the total purchase price of
$80,000.00, said property described as follows:
Lots 16, 17 and 18 of Mintert Industrial Park, as per
Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 148, Page
38 of the St. Louis County Records.
Section Two. Upon the execution and delivery to the
District of a General Warranty Deed in proper form conveying title
to said property to the District, the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer shall be and are hereby authorized and
directed to pay to said owners, for said property, the total sum
of $80,000.00.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1987.
