AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Kloster
Company, Inc. for the construction of the Coldwater Creek
Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion & Improvement (86206) in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Kloster Company, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder, for the construction of the Coldwater Creek
Wastewater Treatment Plant Expansion and Improvement (86206) in
St. Louis County, Missouri, with The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District, pursuant to bids received and opened on the 30th day of
April, 1987 and formally executed on the 26th day of May, 1987 by
said contractor and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-
Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1987.
