BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Camcil of the City of Richmond, Indiana, as follows: SECTION 1. As provided in Article 31, Section .02 and more specifically as provided for in Article 30, Section .01S of Ordinance No. 2325-1968 commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the Cite of Richmond, Indiana, the follow- ing described real estate is allowed as a Special Use, to -wit: :Mobile Home Park, more particularly described as follows: Being a part of the Northeast (?uarter of Section 31, Township 14 North, Range 1 West in the City of Richmond, Indiana, and being more particularly described'as follows: Beginning at a point on the north line of Indiana Avenue, said point being 693.00 feet north and 608.75 feet west, para- llel to the south line of the Northeast Narter of said sec- tion 31, all from the southeast corner of said Northeast Ouar- ter, and running thence, from said beginning point, west, along the north line of said Indiana Avenue, 31.00 feet; thence north, parallel to the east line of said Northeast garter, 342.375 feet; thence west, parallel to the south line of said North- east Quarter, 300.00 feet; thence south 0 degrees and 08 min- utes east 38.11 feet; thence west, parallel to the south line of said northeast Quarter, 1103.35 feet; thence south 304.26 feet to a point in the north line of said Indiana Avenue; thence west, along said north 'line, S0.00 feet; thence north 304.26 fe- et; thence west, parallel to the sou11 line of said Northeast Quarter, 92.23 feet; thence Port.] 2 degrees and 57 minutes east 1406.22 feet to a point in the centerline of the Pennsylvania Railroad; thence south 63 degrees and Oil minute east, along said cepterl.irie 1982.13 feet; thence south, parallel to the east line of said Quarter 179.96 feet.; thence west, parallel to the south line of said C arter, 223.50 feet; thence south, parallel to the east line of said OkIaTter, 328.60 feet; thence east 19.00 feet; thence south, parallel to the east line of said (darter, 342..375 feet to a point tin the north line of said Indiana Avenue; thence west 19.00 feet to the Place of be- ginning, containing an area of 34.89 acres, more or less. SECTION 2. As a condition of the: aforesaid Special Use and as an additional restriction on said use, the follow-ing requirements shall hereafter and at all tines be met by the owner, leasee or any person, firm or corporation us- ing such real. estate. (Conditions to be made following Plan CoTrmissi.on recommendations.) 1. The sanitary sewers shall be approved by the Richmond Sanitary District. The storm sewers or storm drainage system s a e-approve y the 2• Board of Public Works & Safety. The number and location of fire hydrants sfiall be determinedbythe Boar of 3• Public Works and Safety; and, if said Board requires hydrants, the applicant shall bear the cost of installation. SECTION 3. The Zoning Administrator of the Cit�r of Richmond, Indiana, is here- by authorized and directed upon enactment and ptiblication of this Ordinance, to record and approve the issuance of a pe-mit for the establishment of the use herein allowed. SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in full fCrrce and effect from and after its passage and approval by the Wtyor, and puhi_ cation as by law required.
