AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with J.S. Alberici
Construction Company, Inc. for the construction of the Meramec
Sub-Area 5 Pumping Station (86161PS) in St. Louis County,
Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to J.S. Alberici Construction Company, Inc., as
the lowest responsible bidder, for the construction of the Meramec
Sub-Area 5 Pumping Station (86161PS) in St. Louis County,
Missouri, with The Metropolitan St.Louis Sewer District, pursuant
to bids received and opened on the 14th day of May, 1987 and
formally executed on the 26th day of May, 1987 by said contractor
and by the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on
behalf of the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1987.
