AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Three Thousand
Dollars ($103,000.00) from the Fee Fee Sewer Extension and
Improvement Account to be used for project costs for the Caulks
Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Disassembly Plan (87097), in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for said project is Ninety-six
Thousand Dollars ($96,000.00), and the cost of inspection,
advertisement costs and allowance for construction change orders
is Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00),and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Three Thousand
Dollars ($103,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Fee Fee
Sewer Extension and Improvement Fund to be used for project costs
for the Caulks Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant Disassembly Plan
(87097), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1987.
