AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Field
Construction, Inc. for the Caulks Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant
Disassembly Plan (87097), in St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Field Construction, Inc. as the lowest
responsible bidder for the Caulks Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant
Disassembly Plan (87097), in St. Louis County, Missouri, within
The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids
received and opened on the 15th day of May, 1987 and formally
executed on the 26th day of May, 1987 by said contractor and by
the Executive Director and the Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of
the District, in the following form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 27, 1987.
