AN ORDINANCE, appropriating One Hundred Eighty Thousand
Dollars ($180,000.00) from the Mississippi River Operating Fund to
be used for project costs for the relocation of the Union Electric
Company Transmission Line (BP-1C), at the Bissell Point Wastewater
Treatment Plant in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the estimate for the engineering and
construction of said project is One Hundred Seventy Thousand
Dollars ($170,000.00), and allowance for contingencies is Ten
Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand
Dollars ($180,000.00) is hereby appropriated from the Mississippi
River Operating Fund to be used for project costs for the
relocation of the Union Electric Company Transmission Line (BP-
1C), at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant in the City
of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1987.
