AN ORDINANCE, authorizing the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District to enter into an Agreement with Union Electric Company
for the relocation of the Union Electric Company Transmission Line
(BP-1C) at the Bissell Point Wastewater Treatment Plant, in the
City of St. Louis, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST.LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The Executive Director and Secretary-
Treasurer are hereby authorized on behalf of The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District to enter into an Agreement with Union
Electric Company for the relocation of the Union Electric Company
Transmission Line (BP-1C) at the Bissell Point Wastewater
Treatment Plant, in the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Section Two. The Agreement authorized in Section One
above shall be comprised of such terms and conditions as are
approved by the Office of General Counsel of the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1987.
