AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Sixty-five Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($65,300.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Blackjack-Dellwood to be used for
project costs for rebuilding inlets and manholes and replacing
sewer pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 29A (S-2302, C-1309), in the
City of Dellwood, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Fifty-five Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars ($55,700.00),
and the cost of engineering, inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs, and allowance for construction change orders
is Nine Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($9,600.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Sixty-five Thousand Three
Hundred Dollars ($65,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Blackjack-Dellwood to be used for project costs for rebuilding
inlets and manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Maintenance
Repairs No. 29A (S-2302, C-1309), in the City of Dellwood,
Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1987.
