AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Forty-four Thousand Five
Hundred dollars ($44,500.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Blackjack-Dellwood to be used for
project costs for rebuilding inlets and manholes and replacing
sewer pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 29B (S-2304, C-1310), in the
Cities of Dellwood, Missouri and Ferguson, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers in Thirty-seven Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($37,900.00),
and the cost of engineering, inspection, construction staking,
advertisement costs, and allowance for construction change orders
is Six Thousand Six Hundred Dollars ($6,600.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Forty-four Thousand Five
Hundred Dollars ($44,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of
Blackjack-Dellwood to be used for project costs for rebuilding
inlets and manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Maintenance
Repairs No. 29B (S-2304, C-1310), in the Cities of Dellwood,
Missouri and Ferguson, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1987.
