AN ORDINANCE, appropriating Twenty-nine Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($29,700.00) from the Operation, Maintenance and
Construction Improvement Fund of Maline Creek to be used for
project costs for rebuilding inlets and manholes and replacing
sewer pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 29D (S-2306, C-1312), in the
Cities of Moline Acres and Bellefontaine Neighbors, Missouri and
St. Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the bid for the construction of said storm
sewers is Twenty-five Thousand One Hundred Twenty-eight Dollars
($25,128.00), and the cost of engineering, inspection,
construction staking, advertisement costs, and allowance for
construction change orders is Four Thousand Five Hundred Seventy-
two Dollars ($4,572.00),
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has certified that
there is an unencumbered balance in the above-named fund
sufficient to pay the obligation incurred herein,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The sum of Twenty-nine Thousand Seven
Hundred Dollars ($29,700.00) is hereby appropriated from the
Operation, Maintenance and Construction Improvement Fund of Maline
Creek to be used for project costs for rebuilding inlets and
manholes and replacing sewer pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 29D
(S-2306, C-1312), in the Cities of Moline Acres and Bellefontaine
Neighbors, Missouri and St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This ordinance, being an appropriation
ordinance, shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1987.
