AN ORDINANCE, confirming a contract with Bommarito
Construction Company for rebuilding inlets and manholes and
replacing sewer pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 29D (S-2306, C-
1312), in the Cities of Moline Acres and Bellefontaine Neighbors,
Missouri and St. Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The contract heretofore let by the
Executive Director to Bommarito Construction Company as the lowest
responsible bidder, for rebuilding inlets and manholes and
replacing sewer pipe in Maintenance Repairs No. 29D (S-2306, C-
1312), in the Cities of Moline Acres and Bellefontaine Neighbors,
Missouri and St. Louis County, Missouri, within The Metropolitan
St. Louis Sewer District, pursuant to bids received and opened on
the 18th day of May, 1987 and formally executed on the 26th day of
May, 1987, by said contractor and by the Executive Director and
Secretary-Treasurer on behalf of the District, in the following
form:
is hereby confirmed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 10, 1987.
