DIRECTING TIlE ISSUANCE OF RAFFLE LICENSES TO
ST. OOSEI~t'S HOME SOtOOL ASSOCIATION
WItEREAS, application has been I~topedy made to the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, New Jmsey by St. Joseph's Home School Association
of the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the applicant (s) is/are qualified to be licensed and that lite
mentbers designated to conduct RAFFLES and to assist are bona fide members of the
applicant (s); and
WIIEREAS, the applicant (s) has/have signilied that the games will be played in
accordance with Rules 6, 7 ami 8 oflhe Legalized Games of Chance Cotnmission's
Regulations.
NOW, TllEF, EFORE, lie IT AND IT IS IIEI~,EBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council ofthe Botoogh 9f Cat tm et, Ihat the Municipal Cle~ k is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the endm sement of the Mayor and Council by issui,g, upon proper
presentation of application and lees, a RAFFLE LICENSE to the applicant (s);
BE 1T FURTllER RESOLVED that a certified copy of this Resolution be sent
foahwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P. O. Box 46000,
Newark, New Jersey 07101.
