AN ORDINANCE, vacating an easement in the Common Land
in Whispering Hills Plat 5, in St. Louis County, Missouri,
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has agreed
to grant to the District a suitable alternate easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following five foot (5') wide
easement is hereby vacated, to wit: Commencing at the Southwestern corner of aforesaid Common Land being also the Western line of Whispering Pines Drive, 40 feet wide; thence along the southern line of said Common Land South 56 degrees 50 minutes 03 seconds East, 14.50 feet to the beginning of this description; thence North 35 degrees 04 minutes 17 seconds East, 87.87 feet; thence North 25 degrees 06 minutes 57 seconds East, 139.24 feet thence North 00 degrees 51 minutes 13 seconds East, 28.59 feet to a point of curve in the Western line of aforesaid Whispering Pines Drive; thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 307.43 feet with an arc distance of 38.50 feet with a chord of North 5 degrees 38 minutes 16 seconds East 38.48 feet to a point of tangent; thence continuing along said Western road line North 2 degrees 03 minutes 00 seconds East, 85.79 feet; thence leaving said road South 00 degrees 51 minutes 13 seconds West, 153.78 feet; thence South 25 degrees 06 minutes 57 seconds West, 140.76 feet; thence South 35 degrees 04 minutes 17 seconds West, 88.13 feet to a point in the Southern line of aforesaid Common Land; thence along said Southern line North 56 degrees 50 minutes 03 seconds West 5.00 feet to the point of beginning as recorded in Book 7207, Pages 447 and 448 of the St. Louis County Records. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted June 23, 1987.
